We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (Malaysia): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

Urgent Delivery (within 10km of RJ Clinic outlets): WhatsApp us at +6018-4041353 after placing your order, and we’ll help arrange delivery via Grab or Lalamove.

International Shipping: Delivery times and rates vary; please contact us for details.
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Malaysia.

Shipping Fees

West Malaysia (WM): Free standard shipping for orders above RM50.

East Malaysia (EM): Free standard shipping for orders above RM100.

Urgent Grab/Lalamove Delivery (within 10km of RJ Clinic outlets): Free for orders above RM150.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
