  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (Malaysia): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Urgent Delivery (within 10km of RJ Clinic outlets): WhatsApp us at +6018-4041353 after placing your order, and we’ll help arrange delivery via Grab or Lalamove.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times and rates vary; please contact us for details.

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided at checkout).

  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s online tracking system.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Malaysia.

  • Certain products may have specific restrictions due to local regulations or hazardous materials.

  • If your address falls outside our shipping zones or includes a restricted item, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia (WM): Free standard shipping for orders above RM50.

  • East Malaysia (EM): Free standard shipping for orders above RM100.

  • Urgent Grab/Lalamove Delivery (within 10km of RJ Clinic outlets): Free for orders above RM150.

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RJ Wellness is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
